Question - Loosing weight without insomnia steroid cycle?
Hi everyone I need some help. I am 5'11" and 198 pounds. I would like to loose some weight but I want to get on a cycle that won't make me loose sleep. I've taken testosterone enanthate in the past but it affects my sleep too much giving me insomnia. And I have sleeping problems even while not taking any steroids . So can you please advise on something that could really help me sleep and loose weight at the same time? If course being able to gain muscle would be good too, but at my weight that isn't my number one priority. I was thinking like HGH, IDK thoughts? Thanks!

What's your body weight and body fat %? Not a good idea to run a Test cycle to lose weight. You might want to look at the diet and exercise section.

First of all, steroids are the wrong tool for fat loss. Secondly, your goal is easily doable through diet and exercise. Why put crap in your body if you don't need to (not to mention it's not going to help you achieve this goal any quicker)? Try putting in some hard work and exercising discipline instead of looking for the easy fix. Plus you'll leave yourself more opportunity to make better gains long term if you hold off on the AAS longer

OK just to clarify I didn't take the testosterone before when I was this heavy. I took it when I was thin. It was a medication that made me gain the weight.
Also I think there are some others here that would disagree and would recommend something to loose weight with.

most will recommend diet to lose the weight. are you still on the meds that made you gain the weight. how is your current diet going and what does it look like. What does your training look like. Trust me, we can help you get your diet and training dialed in so you don't need to do a cycle to lose the weight.

Extra cardio will help you sleep and lose weight.
Post your diet in the diet section and have it critiqued.
