Just starting out
I've just bought test, winn,deca ,and var..I'm 220lbs 5'10 I think my bodyfat is in the25% range..my goal is to drop weight build alittle more muscle. I've lifting weights for 20yrs off and on so I have muscle and definitions but my stomach looks like I'm bloded.how should I cycle these pills.And I don't know how my body going to react to the pills so I really like to start off slow but feel like I'm using pills correct and safely.Please help me..

Is this a joke? Get on here and do some research. nobody is going to lay out a cycle for you. We don't even know how much of the stuff you have. If you're body fat is 25% "you think" then you are dieting very poorly and not doing enough cardio. You don't need steroids . You need proper exercise and diet advice.

Welcome! Deca and test are not pill form so I am assuming you ordered supplements from anabolics dot com. These are not the real deal but they may be good supplements, I havebnever tried them. Do not be disuaded. We get lots of new members that post without having read up much. There is always a member that has to reply like its a big suprise and be a shit bird because they forgot what it was like to be new. Do not be disuaded. You are at the right place for info. Study up before you buy the real thing and we all will recommend you train to a plateau and get your diet maximized with your training. It takes time but anything worth doing does. Stay with us brother and study. I spent a little bit typing this up so that you will. Please dont be disuaded. Let them throw a tissy and you do what you do and make yourself wise before you do it. I will help you any way I can and many others will too.

IMO your bodyfat is too high. You are likely to have gyno issues along with cholesteral and high blood pressure. Also, AAS does not lower your bodyfat. AAS helps to retain muscle while going through a caloric deficit.
As recommended above, start with a diet. Without a proper diet, you are not going to retain any gains while on AAS. I also recommend that you get down to 15% bf before cycling.

Like said above post a pic so we can see where you are at beacuse cycling at a high bf can lead too problems.Also hit our diet section they are 2nd to none and can help you out.
