    PCT Suggestions

    Hello Guys, in 10 days i will get my PCT. I wonder if you could suggest me some good tips ( diet, training and possibly some good supplements ) to minimize the gains loss.

    just keep lifting hard and consume enough calories that keeps you out of a catabolic state.

    you just have to give your body a reason to hang on to the extra muscle. Train hard (intense), give it enough food and plenty of rest for recovery.

    I don't see any reason for you to lose muscle just because you stopped taking a hormone that increases anabolism and protein synthesis. Not taking it anymore doesn't catapult you into a catabolic state. Just keep the training intensity up, rest, and eat like you were when you put on all of that muscle.
