I started a Test E cycle , however need to stop it. What should I do. !

Hi Guys,

I started a Test e 250 mg cycle. This is the first week. I wanted to build up to 500 mg/week.


Week 1: Mon: 125 mg and Thursday 125mg. AI: Aromasin : 25 mg ED ( dosage is split Am and Pm after a meal). 250 ui HCG on IM days.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances I need to stop this cycle.

What do you guys advise me to do ?


Aromasin for the next 2 weeks e.g.

week 2: 25/25/25/25/25/25/25
Week3: 25/25/25/25/25/25/25

Nolvadex and Aromasin.
Week 5: Noladex 40/40/40/40/40/40/40 and Aromasin 25/25/25/25/25/25/25
Week6: Nolvadex 20/20/20/20/20/20/20 and Aromasin 25/25/25/25/25/25/25

Is this over kill?

you need clomiphene at 100mg a day for week 5 and 6 and then 50mg a day for week 7 and 8. ditch the nolvadex , aromasin will be enough.

No it would take 4-5 weeks of test before your HTPA would shutdown.

What about estrogen sides? Gyno etc. I feel bloated after the hcg . I know hcg increases estrogen, leading to estrogen side affects e.g. water retention and gyno.

You're really over this matter.

250IU doesn't have that much of an impact on estradiol for the average user.

Your bloat is more likely do to a change in diet.

Regardless once you stop taking everything your body will reach homeostasis quickly.

To be honest I have been keto dieting for the past three months. My diet hasnt changed. Every time the Hcg is injected I seem to bloat. Could it be the test e? I believe its too early tho for Test e to have an affect. Has to be hcg ?

Im getting sensitive nipples.No lumps. I am paranoid about gyno. I know its because of hormone fluctuation etc. Should I increase ai e.g. from 25mg of aromasin to 37.5 mg ?

Dude you need to trust me, your best move is to stop taking everything.

You cannot get gyno from steroids or even hcg if you stop taking everything.

However, if you begin taking an AI while not on steroids you risk lowering you e2 too much.

If this happens you will feel so terrible that you won't want to get out of bed.

I have stopped taking everything. My nipples are sensitive. It has to be from the hcg. I have asked a doctor. He reckons its very rare BuT! there are people out there that bloat on hcg. It could be progesterone or estrogen related. If it is estrogen related then gyno is a problem.

Im 100% sure. Dont do anything. My guess is that u will not notice anything at all. And if a bit low test symtoms they will fade away very soon if ypur hpta was ok when u started.

I bloat on low estrogen.

My nipples start lactating if I have too much progesterone running.

All you have to do now is keeping off everything and let your system regain its homeostasis.

I have been reading forums for the past year. I can do all the research in the world, however drug interactions and side affects differ from one person to another. What I know about hcg , in some people it can cause bloating . It also can cause gyno. I am going to give my body a rest and hopefully my HPTA will restart again.

I was being super cautious and most likely overreacted.

Furthermore, appreciate the feedback.
