Foot fracture question...thanks.
I recently broke my 5th Metatarsal (Jones Fracture) in my right foot in a HIIT class and need to have a screw placed for proper healing. My ortho doc is encouraging me to keep up with my strength training but no pressing movements with my right leg and obviously no cardio as I will be non-weight bearing for 2-3weeks....post that he will allow me to swim.
I am currently mid cycle and I am unsure if I should discontinue my cycle due to the injury or finish it out as I am still allowed to weight train.
Also I am interested in any thoughts about possible peptides to help speed with recovery.
Current cycle:
Test cyp 600mg/wk
Primo 600mg/wk
NPP 300mg/wk
Proviron 75mg/ed
Adex .5mg/ed
I appreciate any feedback....thanks brothas.

Well are going to be in a cast I assume so you could do everything but legs.Your bench will be off beacuse you cant use your legs. But I would continue it.

Sorry to hear about the injury. Hope it heals up quickly for you.
TB500 - unsure of bone healing properties, may be worth looking into.
Cissus quadrangularis showed improvement in bone healing times in a number of studies. I think maybe 8g/d powder? It's butt @$$ nasty but I choked it down when I had a stress fx of 4th metatarsal.
