    Hey big guy, thanx a lot i appreciate it..


    This is my first cycle of 8 weeks of 500 mg of sustanon ..I'm planning on doing more but after my 8 week off cycle. I'm going to do another cycle. I'm just a little worried cause my mother is starting to act weird and asking questions LOL.. I guess my clothes will just have to be a couple size larger lol Yea i'l get another picture of my legs there not too big . thats my weak body part but i'l get up there.

    Thank you Billy Boy. I was born with abs lol. No matter what I eat or weather I work my abs every other day or every month they never leave. My friends get mad at me for that because they really have to work hard and watch what they eat to maintain there abs. I guess I was Lucky, hahaha.

    it took about.

    It took about 6 weeks with sus alone to start noticing a little something. I dident gain much weight but what I did notice was more definition and my body physique looked much more complete overall. you signed of but you should take 400mg of deca and 500 mg of sus a week. Thats your answer to the question.. Sorry I was taking a shower lol. Therefore you should notice body shange in about 4 to 5 weeks.. IM me or E-mail me if i dident answer your question.
