Bloodwork got reschedule to tomorrow morning. I am getting the following things done.
• Rheumatoid Arthritis Blood panel.
• Bioavailable testosterone
• Free Testosterone
• SHBG
• DHT
• Estradiol

• FSH
• Prolactin
• Cortisol

Hopefully with all of this done the doctor can figure out what the cause of my joint pain is.
I am continuing to take time off. I am praying to god that this is not arthritis.

Did the bloodwork today morning.
Continuing to rest.
If I end up having arthritis I am just going to adjust the way that I am training. I have been lifting heavy for too long. Focusing on speed agility and quickness now.
Continuing to pray that it's nothing serious. I dropped the msm-it was making me more flexible but the joints still feel weak.
Just downloaded my fitness pal.
Going to continue to rest and then run deca . Praying to god. If the joints don't heal up then I am just going to switch to bodybuilding.Last edited by SuperSamoan; 01-12-2017 at 04:12 PM.

Obspowerstroke, when you ran 400 mg of Deca for 12 weeks did you experience "Deca Dick"? If not, how did you get around it with that dosage for so long?

Yes, I recieved a wonderful case of deca dick. It was anorgasmia flavor. Cabergoline is how you fix that. It decreases your prolactin levels.

Cool, I experienced Deca Dick once myself and it wasn't. Good lol!! I layed off the Deca, took some Levitra and eventually everything returned to normal.

Just posted my bloodwork guys. Seems like everything is within range but I still feel "off" per se.

Also maybe it is not rheumatoid arthritis but some other type of arthritis. I will go and see a rheumatologist. Everything has been getting better since I have been resting but the knees still bother me. I went for a run today. Thinking of doing the prp injections.

Good to hear from you again! If you pursue it further the may do the electromyogram. I hope you are in the clear. Your prolactin levels seem to be naturally a little high. Don't run deca without cabergoline on hand. You will wind up with anorgasmia like I had. Godspeed supersamoan... keep us posted as you dig deeper.
P.S. I dont know your history but dont run deca on your first cycle and never run it without testosterone . Just had to add that as I hadn't before but meant to. Most guys also recommend waiting till 25 before touching aas.

Thanks obspowerstroke. I plan to pursue the joint pain a bit further (just need to get it sorted out otherwise I won't be able to play a sport competitively). I don't really have much of a libido anyway maybe the prolactin levels are the culprit.
I might wait on the aas cycling and do more research since I already have low reference range natural testosterone levels and don't want to ruin them permanently.

Hey obspowerstroke I just wanted to update real quick and get some advice. So I ended up seeing a second doctor and we had a new set of the bloodwork done again. Everything was in range and he is saying that the problem is psychological and wants to put me on SSRIS. He also gave me a referral to go see a rheumatologist as well.
I think what I am going to do is go and see the rheumatologist and ask all of the questions to get down to the bottom of this.
Honestly I don't think the problem is psychological my knees are killing me after conditioning and my footwork is just not there like it used to be. I am tiny guy at 5'8 190 lbs and I need to be quick.
I really need to get this shit sorted out man I can't be crippled at this age of 22 and it is really fucking with my dating life in general. I also just purchased the gear for my first cycle it's going to be just test 500mg. I think I am going to hold off on starting the cycle until this joint shit is resolved. Thinking of adding deca for the first cycle but it is not recommended.

If it is psycological as in you are creating it in your mind idk what they would do. If its psychological like your brain is sensing pain that has no real cause they will probably stick you on tramadol or another like it. Sorry to hear you are still having issues.
If its any consolation my elbow got so bad today I laid in a business patrons lawn and rolled around in pain moaning. It was like the exact moment you knock the hell out of your elbow except constant and unending. I got a wrap on it tight enough to make my veins come out, ate 5 ibuprophen and one hour later it was all good.
If you have ever seriously sprained a joint thts what RA feels like.
I havent had it get that bad in a while though.

i don't think it is psychological honestly my knees feel like they are sprained 24/7. I can't keep being a fucking cripple like this. I already got fucked over with the height thing being only 5'8 190 lbs and yes I am very strong but the footwork isn't there like it used to be.
The other day some big guy about 6'4 300lbs was trying to fight me. Again I would have handled the situation given I had training but my knees were giving out on me and I couldn't get out of there quickly.
I am at a loss for words honestly this is fucking bullshit. It must be rheumatoid arthritis I think that is the issue here but the bloodwork isn't showing it.
Were you diagnosed through bloodwork or through physical exam?
You look like a massive guy in your avi do you also do mma or just weightlifting? How do your joints hold up in mma and fighting?

The thing is the ladies aren't just turned on by the muscle I have to also be able to use it in a fight and I cannot because my joints are weak as fuck. I can't go on SSRIs that's some pussy shit but I need to get the strength in my joints back asap.
I am so fucking depressed I used to be able to handle myself in fights but I can barely walk now

I took classes on mma and grappled, I was diagnosed by bloodwork, and CT scan and MRI. I am not that big. Around 217 atm. Just finishing a cycle.
Joints go like this off deca :
Wake up and spend an hour getting clothes on with many places aching like a bitch. Get out the door at 6 and start manual laborous activities by 7 and the pain starts to subside provided I have stayed busy.
It is usually not constant through the day like today.
Once evening rolls around I will have a long ride home etc and select joints and they can be random knees, elbows, hands, start hurting from inactivity.
Ache.
On a flare up day like today i can literally do nothing but sit and grunt and moan.
Lifting does not help it. With deca I have found it much more tolerable.
Honestly if I had to live out every day with this pain like today idk wtf I would do.
Immobility is the start of arthritis pain for me usually. Sleeping, driving, sitting, for an extended period, causes pain upon mobility.

Yeah it's the same for me. Joints hurt like hell after a period of immobility. I had blood test, mri but no CT scan. I asked the docs to check for arthritis and still nothing came up. But I am so stiff and immobile idk this is horrible I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I just had a football practice in the morning and I was moving like an old man.
Maybe this will get better after cycling test only. The reason that I am holding off on deca is that I haven't cycled before and also I heard that deca is very suppressive to the hpta.

I have heard that dosages of deca as low as 50mg a week can alleviate joint pain but I have never tried it.
The gains I keep from my last six months of cycling hinge on how my joints will react without it.
I have the drive and knowledge to maintain but I will fail if my joints can't take it. I know where you're coming from man, good luck.

When you are on 100-150mg or more of deca is the joint pain completely gone? Does your flexibility improve as well? Are you diagnosed with any sort of arthritis or do you just have wear and tear?

No powercleans but I could if I wanted. I am not on trt. I don't hang out much anymore because people lead me toward temptation. Lots of people know about it though.
Hardest thing I do on my joints is deadlifts and squats, lifting wise.
Btw I can personally tell the difference in my joints between 400mg and 275mg of deca .

Ok thanks for answering the questions bro sorry I have so many I just need to approach this situation properly.
For me I don't have the flexibility in my wrists to "catch" the clean if that makes sense. I do have carpal tunnel (it doesn't hurt much actually just the wrists are tight) and I am probably going to need surgery in a few years for that according to my doctor. The main pain is in my knees and elbows.
I am tempted to run the deca now to heal the joints but again it is not recommended for a first cycle I've heard. I just got the test and proviron and I want to start the cycle now but it might not be prudent to do so. I guess the rheumatologist appointment will settle the issue once and for all.
I've been lifting through it but now since it's spring break I'm taking some time off to rest for a bit. Only thing I have right now is the football morning practices but I'm not really lifting.
If I were to run deca I would run it for a few months because that's when I've heard it makes the most difference in terms of joint healing. Of course I wouldn't lift during that time. But that would mean I would probably be shut down permanently.
Now it sounds like a lot of guys here run trt and it doesn't seem to be too bad but again maybe I need to wait and research things through.
Anyway thanks for answering my questions and for your help.

No problem. I will remind you that the deca doesnt heal joints it simply alleviates pain/swelling. It is only a treatment.
Studies have shown in can increase bone density in women with osteoperosis by increasing calcium absorption. I doubt you have a calcium absorption issue though.
Deca is a treatment, certainly not a cure.

Honestly bro maybe it's just anxiety I am going to see if I can get anxiety meds. The ssris are a long term thing and I don't want to get into them.
Just because there is so much pressure here to do well and there seem to be no underlying causes I might as well get the anxiety meds and prp injections for the knees and rest.

Yeah I'm a good athlete but just not good enough for the college d1 level. My strength and speed are there but they will only get better from steroids . Gonna get this done soon hopefully.
