12.04 % hell yea
i had my body fat done last night
my transformations starting stats
5'10"
250lbs
approx 21 or 22% bf
powerlifter with a lot of bulk,strength and size
arms 19",chest 50",shoulders 56",thighs 27",waist 38"
my goal by the end of july was to get to 12 % body fat at 220-230 lbs
I AM THERE EARLY---HELL YEA
yesterday i weighed 225lbs at 12.04% body fat
arms 18 1/2", chest still 50", shoulders still 56", waist 35" and didnt do thighs

Great job bro! I have about the same goals its just taking me longer to get there. I know what you mean about the bulky powerlifter body type two. It was kinda cool back in highschool but now the shits got to go.

rickson--its the fastest i've ever been and i love it--can even roll into positions i've never been able to get also---i can roll for 7-8 minutes now without running out of air--maybe longer--thats whats really cool
xtremesport14 and huge pressor i've got a good before pick but no recent picks--ill try to take one tommorow and post both here and cycle results under my transformation post
gundam675 check out my thread on cycle results --tapouts transformation--tells it all or pm me and i'll gie you the long drawn out scoup--heres the short one
low carb/low fat/high protein diet with regular cardio(running,bike ect.) and hard cardio lots of jiu jitsu rolling. change my super heavy training to a new routine
alternating weeks of 3 days one week doing chest/shoulders/tris,back/traps/bis,legs heavy and intense then 5 days the next week doing 1 body part per day still intense but not as heavy then back to week ones training.
