Clenbuterol question

I've been reading about dosages of Clen , but they all have to do with the tabs. I have a syrup that's in a pump and I'm having a hard time with the conversion. The dosage of Clen is .025 mg/ml and one full stroke of the pump is 4 ml. How much and how often should I be taking this? The guy I got it from told me 1 teaspoon, twice a day, every other day, but I'm not confident with this advice. If you guys could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

nevermind, I figured it out. Let me know if I'm on the right track though. Here's how I figured it: First, I broke it down into mg's instead of mcg's. The common tab is 20 mcg's which is equal to .02 mg's. Recommended dosage is 100-140 mcgs which converted is .1 mgs.

The pump is .025 mgs/ml and a full stroke is equal to 4 mls, or .1 mgs. So, if everything is figured right, I'm going to take a half a stroke, twice a day.

If that doesn't get you thinking, nothing will.
