BF% - What does it look like

From the attached pic what does my BF% look like.
I only have the scales that give a rough guide at best.


They read 7% but I've posted this before and been told I can't be that low.
There's a heap of guys on this forum with a wealth of Knowledge so I thought I'd put the question out there.

Post a easier (and proper) photo of upper body.

Impossible to analyse with photo of your pubic area lol

you have the veins you could be around 11% you just have not built out your abs so they are not popping out ,


my calipers say imm 3% BF my bodpod testing says 2.3-3.6% BF I call myself right now 13% just compare to other photos for your size and build

Get yourself a body fat caliper off of EBay or Amazon and check yourself. That's what I did. I would say you are around 7-8%.
