    New cycle 300MG DECCA 400MG TREN E 500MG TEST E 40MG DBOLTON.

This will be my 4th cycle starting and first time I've used tren e so just wanted a bit of feedback and advice from you guys. Stats 24 year old, 5ft 10, 175lbs, about 10% bf, been training for 5 years last 2 years been training hard. Goal to reach 200lbs so thats 25lb lean muscle. Diets good eating between 4500 and 5000 calories a day witch is all good food no junk. Right my plan is to start a 14 week cycle of 400mg tren e, 500mg test e, 300mg nandrolone decca every week plus 40 mg dbol ed for first 6 weeks.I will be jabbing 200mg tren e and 250mg test e twice a week every sunday and every wednesday and just 300 mg decca once a week on the sunday to help with my joints and for a bit more mass. Ano a lot of people don't like to mix tren and decca as they both 19 nors but I have heard a lot of mixed reviews and seen some very good results from this so though I would give it a try. I have hcg to run along side and for pct I have clomid and nolvadex witch I will start 2 weeks after my last jab of test. I am no expert on steroids as this is only my fourth cycle I have done a lot of research andata know the sides from tren but willing to give it ago. If you guys could think of anything that could help me or make my cycle better please do the hesitate to let me know.

    Welcome.

No offence but you should have better natural stats than that let alone having run 3 cycles already.

Please post a pic so we can advise you properly on your diet going forward.

Please also post a typical 5000cal days worth of meals and the macro breakdown.

I train a 6 days a week. I train each body part once a week I do around 6 to 8 different excersizes for the one body part at a warm up set then sets of 3 and 10 reps in each set. Monday chest Tuesday back Wednesday shoulder Thursday biceps and triceps and Friday legs and Saturday I train what ever I think I never trained hard enough during the week. Here's a log of my daily food intake. My diet wasn't the best before. Click image for larger version.

What are the macro's of that diet?

How long have you been following and what results are you getting?

Give us an example of you chest workout and leg workout. Imho training everyday means you aren't training hard enough.

Please post a pic of yourself.

Off the top of my head...
    About 70% protein...
    About 28% carbs..
    And about 2% fat.

I'll never understand why people are so afraid of fats.
    Hell, they taste yummy.

I've not long ago started the diet and have put weight on off it all ready. Chest I will start off with BB chest press flat incline and decline heaviest i can lift is 100kg on the bar then move to db and do flat and incline heaviest been 35kg db as thats the heaviest in the gym I am at at the minut then incline flies at 27.5kg. Then I will move on to machines either cables at 3 different positions top middle and bottem and few other machine depending what am feeling like. Legs start off with BB squats the move to the leg machines in the gym I do 5 sets of squats start off at 15 reps then move down as I increase the weight. I haven't been on any gear for over a year and a half and when I was on it I admit I was inexperienced but now I want the best from it that's why I came for advice from u guys. I have done a lot of research and got my diet sorted.

Ok mate, seriously, if you want help please answer the questions. Please tell us the macro's and please post a pic. I'm not sure what lots of research is but you have come up with a cycle that is way to advanced for somebody who is already 200lbs

You do way too much volume in my opinion, at least 9 exercise so I'm guessing 25 sets minimum. You are duplicating and double duplicating work.

Post your exact workout (not weights but exercises, sets and reps) in the workout section for an overhaul.
