bioavailable test
I got blood work done and the doc said my test is low and wants me to get more blood work done to test for bioavailable test. Is their anything I can do during my day that would affect that number. I guess what im asking is when would be the best time to get this done. early morning, after workout, etc. or does it make no difference.

Affect the number to read lower?
After workout might be higher.
Doc should check everything at once. God I hate the medical industry.

Just take the test in the morning. If they're not testing for lipids, you don't have to fast.
