Smile Another first cycle thread( sorry)

I have gained as much information as I can so far in the last 3 weeks. I also plan to learn as much as I can in the next 6 months as well. I read the FAQ in this thread section and the one on first cycles. I agree 100% with everything that was said in that thread(dieting, being healthy, etc) its really great info and I have taken in more knowledge after reading it. I plan on visiting a cardiologist and making sure my heart is healthy and to also have my blood drawn again. When I had my blood drawn in 2015 my levels were just above 300 for my testosterone count. That is on the low side for someone who just turned 24. I am now 25 and I feel that after exercising for a while now that my levels are probably slightly higher. But before I do my cycle I'm def gonna go to a doctor make sure I am healthy with my heart and make sure that my liver enzymes are at healthy levels as well. I am a very safe person and I am looking to be as safe as possible before enduring steroids .

Anyway I assume that when someone reads a first cycle post they are going to have questions about the user making the post so I am trying to answer questions about myself so you can get a good idea of what I am like and how the cycle will affect me. I am going to post my post from the new male members thread so I can inform you what I am like

    Hello,

My name is Ryan and I am 25 years old. I have been lifting weights on and off since about 17 years old. I have actually started a Ketogenic diet and have been loving it ever since I started about a month and a half ago. I started lifting weights about a month and a half ago as well. I have lost 23 lbs of fat (well mostly). And I am starting to look lean. I am currently 174 lbs at 5'11''. I am loving the energy associated with Keto and do not plan to stop this lifestyle. Anyway I have recently become interested in Steroids and I have been doing a ton of research. I am someone who is more on the safe side with doing things and I do not plan to do anything crazy with regard to dosages when I pull the trigger. I am not looking to start doing Steroids anytime soon but more so down the road possibly 6 months from now. In the mean time I will be learning as much as I can. I want to make sure I am fully back in shape and have a great base( all muscles developed) before I do a cycle. Now the substance I will be using will be Testosterone Cypionate . That is what I plan to use when I really want to add on to my body once I have been lifting for a solid half year( been lifting on and off since 17). So I am not brand new to lifting just have never used gear. So I thought if I lifted for quite a while that when it came time to use some Tcyp I would look really good. So anyway I have been thinking of a cycle to do and some input would be great because im not sure whether to use AI on cycle or whether I have to. I have read that sometimes its pointless to use AI and this has to do with dosages I suppose.People say that it can affect joints and stuff. Anyway like i said I want to be on the safer side and plan to only use 200mg/week. So this is how it would look. Also I would like to add that my Testosterone levels were barely above 300 when I had my blood drawn back in 2015. So it seems they are on the low side anyway. But they could possibly be better now that its 2 years later almost.

    Week 1 - 10: 200mg Test Cyp (1 shot per week)

    Week 12: Clomid

    Day 1 - 300mg
    Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
    Day 12-21 - 50mg/day

I got that information from another website about clomid. Does this cycle seem ok? Do you think at only 200mg/week would I have to use an AI on cycle? Like Arimidex ? maybe only use Arimidex every other week? I am slightly scared of gyno but compared to all the other cycles I am reading about it seems that mine is a really light cycle compared to others. Also does HCG need to be added? I want to make sure my testes start working properly. Although, I am posting here to learn and to introduce myself. If anyone can help It would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Your test is 300ish at 24? I'd get a full hormone panel with your next scheduled blood work.

I agree with this, that's within the treatable range for TRT/HRT and you should prob see a dr for a low t screening. I would get that dialed in first, AAS will mess with that

Also if your doing cyp,run it 12 weeks min, 14 weeks imho is ideal.

Also if your going to go through the trouble of pct, run the cyp at 400 per week.

Find another vial or 2, and do it right. Your going to shut down either way. Make the most of it

Yeah I was kinda concerned about my test levels when they were checked in 2015 I'll definitely have a look at that again here shortly. It will actually be the first thing I do. It's been weird like I notice my sex drive is bad sometimes but I was also addicted to porn back in 2015 so idk. Porn addiction also screws with libido and arousal because the brains receptors for sexual neuro chemicals are fucked up. Also if I were to extend my cycle to 12 weeks and do 400mg per week would that be one shot of 400? Or 2 shots of 200 per week? Thanks a lot for the replies guys.

I would just go to the doc for TRT, sounds like you'd probably qualify. Consulting your doctor is always the best option anyway

Read the beginner cycle stickys. The information is still valid and should answer most if not all your questions.

6 months is not a lot of time to be training, you might still be able to make natty gains.

    6 weeks training. 6 WEEKS?

Man, see your doc and get a full hormone panel. Even if they won't treat you you shouldn't even consider aas after only 6 weeks lifting.

There's a list of bloodwork in the opening post of this thread
