If you're looking to lose weight, make sure your diet is on point. Calculate your TDEE and go into a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. Clen wont ''improve'' your performance. Clenbuterol does not actively burn fat by attacking fat cells, but rather stimulates the metabolism by increasing the body’s temperature.
As the body temperature increases, the individual is now able to burn calories at an enhanced rate.

Clen increases your metabolism by raising your heartbeat by about 20%. You need to be on a diet for it to do anything really, so make sure your diet is in check first.

Can be harsh on the body also, with stomach cramps etc.

Usually you would run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Clen is not going to improve your performance very much. It's a bronchial dilator. Your resting heart rate will be higher and you'll hit your max VO faster which means it will decrease your overall performance.
