    Current look and cycle

    Thought i'd post some recent pictures up with my cycle. Prep has been going well so far and its the final stretch here.

    Current weight is 192lbs at 5'10. Competing in men's physique.

    Cycle:
    Generic HGH 3.3iu
    Test E 375mg
    Tren A 450mg
    Mast 450mg
    Winny 100mg ED
    Halo 20mg
    T3 75mcg
    Clen 100mcg
    Humalog 5iu Post workout

    Winny went from 75 to 100mg this week and halo was added at 20mg. 2 weeks ago I dropped test from 750 to 375 and upped tren from 300 to 450.

    Diet is 300g protein, 60g fat and 75g carbs. Diet has been like this for the past 3 weeks... before that I was at 200g carbs with the other macros staying the same.

    The last few weeks of contest prep gets pretty crazy. Definitely not something "healthy" nor would I recommend it to anyone who is inexperienced. Thank you sir!

    Protein needs to be super high. Minimum 1.5g/lb of body weight especially at this point. Typical competition diet will look like 1.5g-2g of protein per lb and 0.25-0.50g of fat per lb. Keep in mind this is for competition prep and not a healthy life style.

    Thank you. If you think this is a lot, you don't want to know what the rest of the guys run.

    I'm not a believer in high doses what so ever. I actually told myself I wouldn't run more than 300mg of tren a but I was advised to up the dose to help fill out during the last little bit here. Out of all the compounds listed, the only one which is on the high side is winstrol but I chose to run it without anavar which is the reasoning for 100mg.

    Amounts run for contest prep for major contests these days is almost out of control. Had a few friends just do the Universe and it's amazing what they basically have to take. One did get his card though. My pet peeve is some guys run cycles such as this just to look good for the summer. WTF.

    I know man its honestly crazy. I know a guy running a vial of test e a week and the dude is men's physique just like me. He doesn't believe my doses.

    I think a huge part of it is these crazy coaches. They turn people to crazy amounts of drugs and make them think being pro is a possibility which ultimately leads to more business for them. Who knows where I would be if I hadn't become a member on this forum lol.

    No doubt. Guys compensate for their shortcomings by using more and more. Just don't want to put in the time I guess, who knows. And yes, some trainers make half their money from AAS as well.

    This site has helped tons of guys simply by instilling a little common sense. Hard to find these days on forums.

    Saturday will mark 2 weeks out for me.

    My only real concern with the high doses is the fact that most people don't realize that long term impact it could have on their health.
