Test Blood Levels -- Whats the goal range?

48 yr old male whos been out of the gym for awhile. Back on sus 300/1st week, 450/2-6wk, 600/6-16wk.

Current blood levels after my 6th week:
ESTRADIOL 67.1 H <=60.7 PG/ML MAIN (going on 10mg nolvadex today obviously...)

TESTOSTERONE , FREE/TOTAL WITH SHBG TESTOSTERONE 2744

CALC FREE TESTOSTERONE 100.9 H (normal is 4.8-25.7)

I cant find any bodybuilding test ranges anywhere online... I'm getting great results. Decreased body fat...added 8 lbs muscle. Looking and feeling great.
Should I increase to 600/wk? Information is king and I just cant find it... Help pls...

There isn't an target ange for test level on cycle. Novladex will not lower estrogen young need an AI.

There's also no need to slowly ramp up dosage. Just start and stay with your dose. Take some time and read the Successful First Cycle Thread at the top of the AAS Q & A Forum. It will be a good guide for you.

And welcome to the forum.

You're going to need to look at a proper AI. Check out the sticky and do some further research. Take some time and read through the important threads, you will be able to find many, many good answers there.

For AI you need something like aromasin , arimidex , proviron , or letrozole

I have heard of people using nolva before sort of as an AI or gyno prevention during cycle, you don't need to do that there are better options..

Without meaning to sound like a d*ck proviron isn't a serm its an anabolic androgenic steroid .

Makes sense, it isn't a replacement for proper AI however there are some out there who use proviron in place of an AI or PCT even though they would get better results using aromasin or arimidex . People have used poviron as an AI it just isn't strong as say arimidex...

Oh I've heard how people do use it for them reasons I was just pointing out that it's an androgen not a serm...
