    HCG came in ampules not vial

    I got

    1. x1 hcg 5000iu Ampule not vial
    2. BAC water 10ml Vial
    3. insulin needles


    I thought i was going to get vials instead of ampule... I dont want to use 5000iu at once so my question is can i put 1ml of bac water into the ampule so it dissolves a bit and then suck it in with needle and put it in the rest of 9ml bac water?

    Then i get 500 iu per ml in the BAC vial?

    Would that work?

    Why not lose some of the BAC water first so you don't have to inject as much? Total back water needed would be 4 ml.

    Most hcg comes in amps like you described. Just do what you said, break the top off and squirt in 1 ml of bac water and then suck it out into a sterile vial and add 4 more ml so you will have 1000iu per ml. Then its super easy to measure on an insulin pin. 25 units on the pin equals 250iu of hcg. Easy peasy
