Blood Pressure @ Arimidex
Hey guys,
I’m on day 4 today of my anadrol (haven’t physically taken 4th one yet) and have done one injection of test e (250mg) 3.5 days ago (tonight is my second pin and wraps up week ones pins)
My biggest concern is blood pressure. It fluctuates a fair bit but I bought a home system and it said for home purposes it will display a warning if it’s over 135 or 85.
This morning I read 139/78. My resting heart rate straight out of bed was 86.
Keep in mind I’ve got some stresses in relation to work today and had very restless sleep this morning because I was anxious about what my BP would read.
I haven’t noticed a massive increase in weight from anadrol, but the strength and pumps are defs there.
I haven’t even had my second pin of test yet. Therefore the only thing in my body ever gear wise is 3 abombs &, 250mg of test e.
I’ve read arimidex can reduce bloat, which I have on hand for general estrogen balance related sides but I’m not sure if I should dose this now. How much should I start taking? My second pin is tonight and if I can use it to control estrogen and blood pressure that’s good, I just don’t want to crash my E2
I haven’t had enough to have the imbalance sides kick in for me yet, but BP is slightly high? I understand it’s higher on cycle, I’m more worried about my resting heart rate - but again, very stressed with situations at work today and was restless all morning having mini dreams my BP would read too high (crazy right)
Please let me know what you think guys!

Home BP meters are worthless in my opinion. Read the tolerance accepted on the readings....some are up to 40%....Most around 25%. Better than nothing I guess. 135 0ver 85 can be 150/95 at the 15% tolerance. Best go get it checked at a clinic

You can use a home BP for Biofeedback to reduce your BP. I just posted the specifics in a similar question in the TRT forum. It works, I do it.

Dr. Randy explains mtitgations for BP. The gist: chronic hypertension is the problem. Get a home BP monitor and use it to take your BP when you wake. If it's at normal range, then its because of the situations in which you find yourself. You can also take Magnesium glycenate, gluconate or theonate 1.5 grams with dinner. Cialis can help also.

blood preasure will always read high first thing in the morn, you would expect it to be low after waking up.

You should've been using a ai from day 1! if this is your 1st cycle run test only run Adex .25EOD leave the Drol for another cycle.
