Ritalin is still around? I thought its called aderol now. Anyway if your actually prescribed the drug for adhd then i doubt its gonna help with more energy for lifting. All ive heard about adderol is that it causes loss of appetite and insomnia. Both not good for bodybuilding lol

Ritalin and Atterol are both around. They are used to treat ADD and ADHD. They are nothing but a amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. They work on your CNS as a stimulate. I would not mess around with them due to the fact they are a Schedule 2 drug and they are HAVE A HIGH POTENTIAL FOR ABUSE. They will raise your BP and heart rate as well. This thread might get deleted due to being a Schedule 2 drug and taking for something that is not doctor RX for, IE Rec Use.

Just eat a few apples and that will give your natural sugar that is slowly released into your system over your workout. I do know that people will use OTC ephedrine as a pre-workout pill.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
