Test Prop and Tren H. How do I?

Hey all! I have read these forums for years but I am a new member. I am hoping to get advice by several people as some of my "friends" may not have the best answers lol.

Anyhow, just got a cycle of Al pharm. Tren H and Test Prop..ive used Al pharm. products and love them. My question is, how do I do this? Can I combine test prop and Tren h in the same pin...1ml and 1 ml twice a week?

    Any advice helps. Thanks!

hi welcome to the forum...yes you can combine the two in one pin but you should do the shots every other day or at least 3 times a week not two imho...what are your stats?...

    Thank you!

28 years old, 6 feet tall and 148 pounds. Did 2 cycles of tren a and test e and abruptly stopped the whole month of December...just got this cycle today.

Do I need to worry about doing anything with this cycle? I can't remember the name of the stuff but either way I hope to have another cycle for February. The first week of december was rough when I stopped.

Also, would 2ml test and 2 ml Tren H suffice?

Thank you again for your reply!

What is your Mg per ML? Saying 2 ml does not tell us your dose. What is your diet like? Looks like you need to learn to eat. AAS will not do much good if you are not feeding your muscles.

Are you sure you have Tren Hexanoate You know you are mixing two different esters? Test A has a very short life where Heptylate has a long active life. You can mix the two but you need to be doing a lot of shots of Test A vs Tren H. Hexanoate will be active for 9 days vs Acetate 3 days.

It is Trenbolone Hexahydroben Zycarbonate 100mg/ml.

    With Test Prop 100mg/ml

I was up to 162 pounds but lost my gains after having to abruptly stop. I have a fast metabolism so even at 5/6K calories per day, proteins etc as well as greens I do the best I can.

I was aiming for doing 2ml Mon. Wed. And Fri in the same shot.

Greens ? At 6 feet tall and 148 pounds you shouldn't bother eating greens . at your height you should be over 200 pounds if diet and training were on point, and thats without AAS use.

    fuck greens
    - drink a gallon of whole milk per day
    - eat a whole chicken per day
    - eat 16 oz of steak per day
    - large servings of mash potatoes with gravy
    - several cups of rice
    - and for desert hit mcdonalds and get a double quarter pounder with large fries and a sundae

oh yeah, and lift heavy and hard 5 days per week

save the gear for when you learn to eat and train and learn to stay away from greens

To check levels you mean? I have seen nutritionists and they all spit the same garbage about being overly active physically and an active metabolism. I eat more meals in a say than most people do in 3 lol

Yeah man, I eat like that every day. And no, not fuck greens lol. Veggies are just as important if not more important to optimal nutrition. If anything, my build is the result of years and years (age 5 or 6 until 18/19 of no veggies). So, I'm working on that.

LOL, no its it is not due to no veggies. I hate them, eat as few as I can and I have no issues with putting on and keeping weight on. Blood work to get your thyroid tested among other things.

Seriously though, i put my buddy on a diet. Made him do GOMAD cause he said he was a “hard gainer”. Changed his tone real quick. If you really want to fat out, make it chocolate milk.

Number one piece of advice, if you want to be 200 pounds, eat like someone who is 200 pounds. (Not an overweight turd obviously)

very true. this is exactly how I design a lot of client diets who want to bulk up. if they are 170 pounds and want to (within reason) get to 190 then I calculate their TDEE and build the diet around them being 190. this is their base diet, no calorie surplus to start, just start like your 190 at maintenance . then we adjust from there.

and NO I do not include any veggies as part of their calories or macros. thats all fluff. if they need to eat 4000 calories then they need to eat 4000 calories of man food ,, the veggies are 'extra' , and yes they can have all the veggies they want , but its over an above the 4k base.
I simply recommend throwing in chopped up Kale, spinach, and carrot, to cooked rice or cooked chicken one or two meals a day .. but don't count that shit as part of your calories or macros

Yes, you've run cycles seemingly without concern for pct or proper hormonal recovery.
And no, your metabolism doesn't run at light speed. You need to eat like the guys referenced. You may think you are, but it's doubtful. It's very hard to do to be honest.

Yeah, that's true. I am going to nail down a bulking diet and schedule but you're right, it is hard. I literally spent two months increasing my caloric intake just to be able to handle eating as much as I have been.

Thank you for the pointers man

    Both good points.

I have continued mass gainer and several meals per day but in reality, I know I am probably still under eating in terms of where I want to be. It's crazy how much I eat and take in but still could do more lol

And I do drink almost a gallon of milk a day too.

    Thank you for the pointers!

So far today 8:58 AM...I woke up and made my mass gainer shake and hard boiled three eggs. I cooked up 3 scrambled eggs, hash browns and a handful of bacon with a ham steak. I usually take down a nice glass of OJ. then I usually make another protein shake around noon before my second meal, probably gonna take down a pan ful of rice and some steak.

I am hoping to find a way to schedule and prepare some meals that I can eat consistently which will maximize my caloric intake. I Just stick to meats, potatoes and rice almost every day with my weight gainer and protein shakes. Lots of eggs and pastas for carbs

    add nuts....
a cup full of mixed nuts is 700-800 calories...
I easily eat 1-2 cups watching a 1/2 hr TV show

BTW: I've yet to see a man in real life who eats 5-6K per day who is skinny.
The only place they exist is on the internet and in the arctic circle ( because it is so damn cold)

I don't have time to fuck around cooking and eating veg,so i chuck a pile of broccoli and kale in a pan, boil it,then stick it in the blender and drink it alongside
    my 'proper'food...works for me.

Agree, without doubt, getting enough calories in the right ratios,is by far the hardest thing about building your body.In comparison, training is a breeze.

IMHO your mass gainer shake should only count towards your protein intake, not your carbs. Use whole milk instead of water of 2% or lower. Also, add oatmeal to them and I would drink these after your meals or in between them so you can get more food inside of your body.
