No AI for this cycle: Sust 150mg EOD ?

I have Arimidex and Aromasin on hand but I'm thinking about running this cycle without an AI. I have the AIs on hand if a problem comes up. This is my first cycle after a 7 year break. What do you guys think about not running an AI on this cycle? Or should I just run Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD?

Sust 250: 150mg eod
HCG : 500 iu 2x a week

PCT
weeks 14-16
Nolva 40, 20, 20


Weeks 17+ HCG 500 mg 2x a week (I'm 40 and Have low test)

Stats: 40, 200 lbs, 15% bf, 6'

If you have low T then no need to go PCT, just go back into your TRT. Can I ask why no AI on the cycle? Do you normally take an AI, Aromasin while on your TRT dose?

I know this will piss someone off, but I have never taken an AI and I have been on test for 8 years. 250 mgs a week to a gram a week. I have run test , deca , and anadrol with no AI. I guess its all dependent on the person.

It is dependent on the person, have you had blood work done

An AI is preventative. This is to prvent issues with estrogen build up however estrogen is good to a certain point. The only real way to know if you are ok is through bloodwork.
You would not want to take adex after you have gyno issues. You would want something more powerful like letro.

I am a fan of Aromasin 12.5 daily. I am always more likely not to miss a dose when I take it every day.
