Glad to be here.
So after 10 years, I am convinced and have decided to go on a cycle at age of 32.
About me:
My weight: 87kg 191lbs
Height: 192cm 6’3
Bodyfat: 9-10% All year long.


My workout:

HiiT and bodyweight exercises. 1000kcal cardio in AM. HiiT and weight training in PM.
I cycle around 30 miles per week commuting.
4500 to 5200 kcal burnout everyday.
Resting heart rate: 48bpm.

In past year, I struggled to gain lean muscle mass. I gained maybe around a kilo at most.

I have been ketogenic for half a year now. Didn’t lose any muscle as I have mastered the diet but I understand the need to eat carbs to gain weight while being on cycle.
Training and Diet will be in top form.

My Goal:

• To Gain 5 to 7kg of lean muscle mass.
• Develop strength especially on my fast twitch muscles.
• I do not want to get too big too quickly so If have to do 2 cycles within let’s 6 months, I’m happy to do that.
• Improve my cardio
I don't want to lose my fitness body type. I'm mainly doing the cycle to gain weight in my legs. let's say 70% legs, 30% upper body

TEST ENANTATE:
So from what I have read in the forums , a lot of people suggesting minimum of 400mg of test per week. When I spoke to few veterans face to face and explained my goal and told them this is my first time, I was told there is no need to start test at 400mg pw!! I should take it slowly and see how my body reacts first. Apparently test holds a lot of water but considering how active I am, I want to know if I can maintain a solid look while being on test enantate around 300mg-400mg at peak.

Equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate)
200mg per week
In addition, It seems having more than 1 test compound results in better gains. For example stacking it with boldenone as it increase their muscle mass, increase endurance and up the red blood cell production in the body which also helps endurance.

ANAVAR :

This is my favourite from reading about it online. Solid gain, help with strength and does not aromatise. My question is about dosage. I am getting this from in 2mg tablets (country specific) Again the forums suggest 50,60mg. But my source is suggesting 30mg would do me just fine as the Anavar in the country is stronger than the ones in UK and considering amount of cardio I do everyday, It will be more than enough.


PRIMOBOLAN :
I have a very good source in Turkey so I can get it very good price and it seems it matches my needs. What dosage should I go for? 300mg to 600mg pw?


HGH- IGF-1

HGH: 100 days (25 days per month): 100*3= 300 iu
5 days ON, 2 days OFF average 3iu per day


HCG :

Some say, do it last week before cycle ends and run for a week after. Some say do it while being on the cycle. It seems , I will only need it if I am running a super heavy cycle which I’m not. So your opinion is very much appreciated.
I will run it at
Week 3 to 10: 250 iu every 4 days


PST:

I run Letrozole and Clomid 2 weeks after end of my cycle.

Tamoxifen : It varies. I may not need it at all. I will have to see how my body reacts. Having 3 blood test at start, during and end of my cycle. I will try to get hold of Adex.

Questions:

• What dosage should I stack enantate and EQ at my peak week?
• ANAVAR dosage?
• HCG: Should I run it during or towards the end of cycle?
• Primobolan: is it enough dose?
