    So you are asking about HCG use for your upcoming cycle not as a means of PCT or recovery from your last cycle where you didn't use any ancillaries? Yes it is recommended that you use HCG while on a cycle and really that is any cycle length even 8 weeks you are still suppressed. 250iu, 2x a week is the general protocol.

    Alright cool. So I’ll stick to 20 mins a day and see how that works out for me. I’ll adjust accordingly
