My Fitness Pal (hacked)
Just saw this on the news. Seems the site was hacked and about 150 million users effected. So, if you use it change your password.

Wait a second.... You guys are tracking calories!?! Crap, I've been doing this all wrong.
MFP sent me the same email saying I should change my password, I'm not sure what the point would be??? It's the same password as my Swiss bank account and its easy to remember, so I think I'll leave it alone.

MyFitnessPal hacked?
Hmm, not sure I’d do that but depending on what info you need. I’m not sure if the step counts can somehow be translated into GPS coordinates too, or if that info is just on FitBit, etc.
but you do end up with a lot of data on people’s diet, activity level and weight loss/gain, so maybe you could sell the info to some corporation?
Probaly it’s just hacked because some hackers wanted to show they can.
Dont think there’s much money to be made there, but I could be wrong.
