First cycle plans. Thoughts, advice, suggestions, precautions
Hello everyone, I’ve been a member for some time but his is my first post. 5’8” 210lbs, 28 y/o, been lifting for 2 years. Before I started training I was 250 pounds. I’m currently seeking as much knowledge as possible from other people’s experiences whether it be negative or positive. I’m preparing for my first cycle, and through much research, this is what I’ve come up with so far (with many modifications along the way)
~12 week cycle:
•Test-E or Test-C at 350-400 ml a week pinning Mon/Thurs
•Aromasin at 12.5 mg eod
•The last 2 weeks before my cycle ends I will run HCG at 1000 IU/week for a total of 4 weeks while my esters clear right up until PCT and then stop
•For PCT I will run Nolvadex at 40mg a week for the first two weeks, then 20mg a week for the last two weeks. (4weeks total)
I understand that I am in no way, shape or form an expert from the research I’ve done, so I’m open to any suggestions or advice from anyone willing to help. Thank for reading

Seems like a solid first cycle and similar to my first one. Just keep researching and you'll be good
