Who's taking Cialis as a Pre Workout?

Im not sure if this is the right thread to ask this question, but since we're all here talking about Cialis...
I went in for my weekly test injection at this mens health clinic yesterday, and casually the topic about Cialis came up. I asked the dude if he knew anything about taking it as a preworkout and what were his thoughts on it. We exchanged thoughts on it for a few minutes and then he says, "We actually have Cialis here and its super cheap."
It comes in little 20mg cubes, scored in 1/4ths. At $64 for 32 5mg cubes that pretty tough to beat.
Youre supposed to stick between your gums and lip, like chew. Has anyone taken this kind before?
