    Sustanon/propianate mix???

    any have any thoughts the effects propianate has when taking sustanon ?

    iam taking 25m dbol /day -- 500m sust /week
    when i started to add propianate my strength seemed to drop off and my muscles seemed to deflate --- or maybe its my imagination

    You do realise Sustanon already contains propionate right?

    No additional prop should cause a problem like that. How are you shooting the prop. (how much and how often)?

    that is not enough imo. prop is a short ester, all you are doing is creating abnormalities in your levels. try and keep them as high as possible for as long as possible. not spike them every few days...
