Tren A
I am 52 and did my first steroid ever. O did one cycle of subston 250. No issues, I was pleased with it. Now, a friend has talked to me about doing a cycle of Tren A. I have read up on it. I am feeling ' iffy '
about it. Anyone with any experience with Tren A can give me some feedback, advice, warnings

no point in running something like Tren unless its really needed. plenty of other compounds out there with far less side effects and a much higher reward vs risk.
having said that, i've ran tren plenty of times and have clients running tren as well, but its totally context dependent. highly unlikely that a 52 year old guy would need Tren to get in shape (and thats not a dig on you, just looking out for your best interest . . a little bit of Deca would be a far better choice and provide some health benefits)

Totally not necessary...
Tren is an aggressive drug, and should be used with caution. It can really mess with your lipids, and can be a difficult drug to recover from, especially at your age.
You where pleased with your first cycle, why not run this again, add an oral or another mild compound!

Thanks. I was concerned with Tren A after I read up. Guys recommending it are long term users. They have even mentioned stacking ?Thanks again. Yes, with testosterone I put on 10 lbs of muscle in six weeks. But I work hard in the gym. Subston 250 , I had no side effects except an erection if the wind blew...lol

If you've been off for a while your first step is full blood work if you have not done so already. You need to establish baselines which will help to guide you in what you should or should not implement. It's also quite possible that you're already a candidate for hormone replacement, which by itself can make a world of difference if you've been hormone starved for some time.
