T3 dosage

I have liquid T3 at 200mcg/ml and I need to dose it at 25 mcg on a 1 ml syringe (100 ticks) and could someone tell me the tick mark please.? I just want to be sure is all

Get a 50cc vial and dilute the 200mcg/ml with a ratio of 1:7. In other words, for every 1ml you put into the 50cc vial put 7ml of water. They result will be 25mcg/ml concentration. Each 100 tick (1ml) will be 25mcg.

If you don't want to dilute the 200mcg/ml then 12.5 ticks will be 25mcg.
