    Second cycle planned, need your help!

    Ok guys, after a lot of your useful advice and a lot of research I have planned my second cycle.

    I'm in final stage of my first cycle which was Test P 80mg eod and Turinabol 40mg ed for 7 weeks, started Proviron 2 days ago, Im cutting for a show and had some nice gains.
    After my pct and recovery I am starting a bulking cycle.

    I'm 27, lifted naturally for 7 years, 5'10, 189 pounds, around 6-7% bodyfat, 3 weeks out from a show.

    So, this is what I came up with and need your advice, it is going to be bulking cycle, diet and training will be 100% on point.
    I don't mind pinning eod, at first prop was really sore and really painful but I got used to it and have no PIP at all anymore, I kinda like pinning and preparing at this point.

    Test Prop = 450mg/week (150mg x 3 on Mon-Wed-Fri) =12 weeks
    NPP = 300mg/week (100mg x 3 on Mon-Wed-Fri) =12 weeks
    --------------------------------------------------------------
    Arimidex = 0.5mg (Mon-Wed-Fri)
    Pct 3 days after last pin = Nolva and Clomid
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Now, questions.
    The dosages are on the low side but I like to keep it that way if the gains will be good, if you think I should up the dosage for better gains than I'll reconsider but I'd like to think that this would be enough for some really nice size. Is dosage good or do I need to up it a little bit?
    Is it necessary to run some caber or cialis for NPP?
    Should I consider taking Dbol first 4 weeks 40mg ed, and if so, what liver support would you recommend at what dosage?

    All looks good to me mate

    Doses don’t need to be adjusted at this point. 750mg total isn’t a bad place to be for a second cycle, there is no need to run higher doses… you want to get as much as you can out of the least amount of chemicals.

    Caber is recommended at .25-.5 2x per week, usually every 3.5 days. I would recommend to at least have some on hand in case of prolactin troubles…

    With regards to dbol, this is your call, it isn’t necessary as your using short esters and they will kick in rather fast but as you’re doing a bulk cycle personally I would add the additional dbol, but again this is your second cycle so you want to keep the doses low and compound variations low. 40mg per day split in AM/PM would be best…

    In terms of liver support milk thistle is a good one, personally I dont use any liver support as somehow my liver handles practically everything at ease ref my blood work!

    Too much adex for 450mg test/week unless u already experimented with this dose before.

    I have never used AI, I am currently on 80mg of prop eod and tbol 40mg ed, 4 weeks in, no problems so far, but couple days ago I had a minor acne breakout on my lower back, nothing serious though.

    What would you suggest in regard of adex for test?
    And should I take caber for npp?

    How much time in between cycles.
    I would advise against 19nors for a second cycle or anyone who isn't on TRT because they are very difficult on the HPTA

    I still have 3 weeks left on my current cycle, yes I will continue with pct, clomid and proviron as instructed by my coach.
    I want to use NPP because its a great mass builder and its fast acting esther, won't be in my system as long as deca , and I need more size, not sure if only test and dbol would be enough.
    I am planning to have atleast 12 weeks off cycle once I'm finished with this one.

    X2- good doses, mild compounds, get as much as you can out of as little as possible, good easy bulk combo. Prolactin can become issue with some, and you will def wanna have caber or prami on hand for it. I do deca instead of npp, and i have to keep prami around.
    Ai is high- i would start with .25 eod and see how that works- you will get a little back and forth with your estrogen and prolactin, so easier to control e2 from the get go.
    Nac, liv 52 are usual go to's for liver if you do decide to add dbol. If not you really dont need them. I personally use nac and choline and inositol. Old tried and true method of keeping the liver clean.

    It depends on what you want to accomplish. If you are looking to put on just a few lbs and a bit of strength- test/dbol. This is a short run though because once u drop the dbol, you start to lose some of that size and water and test alone wont hold that size.
    Normal bulk- run the test/npp like you are
    Little extra bulk- add tge dbol for 4 wks or 6 if you want, get the blow up out of the gate, let the npp keep you bulking and hold onto what you out on from first couple wks, run the bulk out to 14 wks or 16, whatever you want, then off. You will lose alot of the fat and water once u come off, but being able to bulk for 14 wks allows you to hold onto that muscle gain easier
