How much should your second cycle increase?!?!
Hi,
30 yrs old
Training for 16 years.
93kgs
12% bf
180cm
Just finished my first cycle of:
Test E at 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks
Dbol weeks 2-5 at 20/30/40/40
Adex at 0.5mg when water retention was becoming noticeable (however I will be taking it consistantly this time.
Nolva pct at 40/20/20/20.
Diet was 80% strict, will be aiming for higher this time also.
I gained 36lbs or 16 kgs on that cycle which I'm happy with.
My main question is I want to run a similar cycle this time but I want to increase it.
Would it be more beneficial to increase weekly test e to 375mg twice a week for 12 weeks. Or keep test at the same and introduce deca .
Any personal experiences with similar increases would be greatly appreciated.

36 lbs is a considerable weight gain on that set up. I would guess alot was water that you will see drop off.
Really it depends on you and what exactly you are trying to gain from this cycle. If its just sheer size then you could just up your test a bit and run dbol again and increase your food intake. Or you could do test -deca which will give you considerable size gains. I generally put on 20-25lbs on deca depending on my diet, running 700test/500deca. But i like my test a bit higher.
Or you could test-deca with a dbol starter for the first 4 wks.
Theres alot of combos that will give u the size, but it depends on what specifically you are looking to do. If you are just simply looking to bulk period, cant go wrong with test-deca run with a dbol starter- its a basic blow you up cycle.

Yeah I thought as much, that a good chuck would be water, I'm just hoping not too much of a chunk as my food intake has been pretty.big with quality food.
Would a 16 week test e and equipoise cycle give more quality lean gains with less water?

If you went from 170lb to 205lb in one cycle....
why not just do the same cycle again??

Agreed. Why change anything. You're gains will never be quite as dramatic as a first cycle but if your nutrition and training are on point there will be gains. Each cycle does not have to be larger and involve more products. Way to many guys make that mistake.
