The perfect dosage???
What are people's 'perfect' dosage ranges for muscle building when it comes to testosterone cypionate administration?

Whatever dosage gives u muscle growth with the least side effects. Everyone’s body responds differently.

There is no perfect dose. Everyone is different. Only blood work will really tell you where one person responds to Testosterone Cypionate . Just it is nowhere near an exact science. When dealing with Cypoinate or other long esters you just need to take it cycle by cycle based on your personal goals. Most everyone here will agree that it is best to split what ever does you take into two shots 3.5 days apart.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm in a predicament at the moment. I have plenty of testosterone cypionate 'rohm labs' and propionate 'zionlabs.'
Don't really like the thought of pinning daily or eod. I train kickboxing and need minimal water weight. What AI is the best option too? I'm 255lbs 6'4. Thanks

Understand longer eaters tend to hahebyou more water weight. It’s all about training and nutrition man. AAS and adding or not are lovely but if your eating sucks , you will bloat more and carry more fat, water etc...

I dont know about the whole longer ester more water theory. I think its a bunch of internet hooey thats been tossed around too long. Ive run both long and short, never noticed much of a difference at all. The theories have been tossed around, but if there is any difference it is miniscule. I run 150prop ed now and works great, but not looking to keep putting on lbs, so gonna be droppin it to 50mg ed and ride that out a while.
If you dont wanna pin ed, run the cyp, pin twice a wk, and you will be fine.

Thanks guys. I think I will stick with the 2x cyp weekly. Gonna be hitting the humatrope soon for 6+ months 5/7 3-5iu daily.

There will be more water being hold , but in all honesty... it’s alsays going to be about how you diet and Train. It is the forefront of this lifestyle AAS or not. I’ve been on Test Cyp for almost a year now and I have got stocky and I am currently at like 8-10% bf .
Reason - nutrition and training. Mind you I drink 2 liters more water a day now... go figure lol

Less is more very true saying when it comes to AAS. There is a ceiling and you reach a point of diminishing returns where the benefits stop outweighing the side effects or risks.
If "John Smith" say has a ceiling of 1000mg of Test and starts at the usual 500mg/week. Cycle 2 he wants 600-800 and Cycle 3 is 800-1000. All of a sudden 3 cycles and 18 months later John is at his ceiling - what's he going to do for the next 30 years of lifting? Obviously this is a very crude and somewhat out of context example but it illustrates the point of dosages.
If you watch the interviews with the pros from the 70's-90's where they talk openly talk about the gear they used it's always reasonable, couple hundred mg of a compound. None of this 1gram of A, B or C nonsense
