NEW to Forum. Experimenting With a NEW CYCLE. FEED BACK NEEDED
I am trying a new cycle this year and i would appreciate some feedback.
Im use to running Sust 250 and Deca .
I decided to try Test P and Tren E then added anadrol for 2 weeks.
CYCLE:
Day 1: Test P 100mg / Tren E 100mg
Day 3: Test P 100mg / Tren E 100mg
Day 5: Test P 100mg / Tren E 100mg
Day 7: Test P 200mg
Then at week 3 add anadrol 25mg ED, and Armidex 5mg EOD, Doxtine .25 E3D
Total cycle time 12 weeks
PCT Novla
Notes: So far my tiny pea size gyno that i hold on to has flared up into a half of golf ball.
Been feeling tired and sluggish. Sex drive is great. I have been getting bloat and stomach acid reflux.
Currently on week 4.
Any thoughts on this?

PCT is wrong, No HCG on cycle, not sure why you are mixing short and long ester compounds.
What are your stats - Height, Age, Bodyfat %, Weight ? Short term and long term goals? What does your diet look like ?
Why are you cycling when you have a gyno problem ?

You're diet is pretty terrible to be blunt. You should read the sticky on the young and steroids followed by the stickies in the diet and nutrition section.

Thank you for taking the time to give me your feed back. Yes I did mean Dostinex. I think i did crash my E2 because I've been sluggish this past week. I thought ive been taking 500mg/test P each week ? I've been trying to keep the test amount above the tren amount. Just taking whats listed and the anadrol that i listed which started last week.

Every meal has a protein powder.
Quest cookies are basically glorified chocolate chip cookies. Full of sugar
Cinnamon Toast Crunch has no place in a bodybuilding diet imo. Full of sugar
Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins = refine white flour + sugar
Oikos Yogurt - all sugar from carbs. Better to use plain yogurt / greek yogurt / cottage cheese + fruit
Quaker Caramel Rice Cakes - more sugar
No preworkout or postworkout nutrition, just 3 large meals and snacks.
No TDEE/BMR Calculation, freerolling the calorie intake.
Good thing I'm "trolling."

Not sure where your getting that info. Maybe if you actually cared about helping a new comer to this site out.... instead of just saying your diet sucks. triple zero yogurt has 6g of sugar and 15 carbs wouldn’t consider it loaded with sugar “fruit has more total”. Don’t forget no matter how it lists on a label carbs are sugar as it breaks down in the body. My Cinnamon toast mixes with my post workout protein to get the quick replacement of glycogen with a 2:1 carb to protein ratio. And a quest cookie is absolutely not a glorified chocolate chip cookie. SMH. I did not post to be ridiculed on my diet. I needed serious help with cycle. Which you offered no help at all. I’m not to impressed with this site if this is how it’s going to be. If you have knowledge and experience and you can help people then help people.

I guess he and many others on this site that have been here for a minute or two are a tad annoyed with people jumping on AAS and not following through with nutrition which is basically priority number 1.
Sugars are really only necessary after your work out and if you need sugars , they should be from healthy sources, I’d go with blueberries or maybe a banana.
This site has recently been flooded with 13 year olds wanting to either
Just do an oral cycle and argue and be defensive every step of the way or...
want to do a cycle and have no idea what they are doing D ask advice... basically be given amazing advice and still do what they want and get worried about the sides and then still ask for ask and still NOT listen.
After a while, you loose hope in humans and their reasons for coming here.

What’s so bad about protein powder? I like it because it allows me to add protein to my diet via liquid rather than solids.

If you read the stickies like I suggested you would understand cycling with a poor diet will not add any benefit to you.
If you can't take the brutal honesty then nobody will be able to help you.
Read the ingredients of a chocolate chip cookie, then go read the ingredients of a quest cookie and you will notice 60-70% of the ingredients are the same. On top of that, Ingredients on ANY product are listed in order of predominance, so look at the order in which the ingredients appear.
If you checked your attitude you would realize I am trying to help you by not wasting your time and money and getting no end benefit by cycling with a terrible diet. There's multiple threads where people cycle with poor nutrition, then they post they lose their gains and regret using gear.
Read the stickies, educate yourself, fix your attitude then realize people here are trying to help you.

He is blunt and honest, and that is what you often need to make improvements to your methods.
You never paid for a subscription to this site, he is offering advice for free. Most of the time people take advice much better when they pay for it, despite being the same advice as when they get it for free. Keep this in mind and don't get offended so easily just because someone expressed their thoughts on what you could improve.

Thank you for the feed back. I try to eat as clean as i can. Im sure i need to clean it up and i will take the info given and put it to use. I calculate my caloric intake every few weeks as my body changes and try to do my best to be smart about everything. I only ever ran sust and deca and had no sides really until last cycle when i got the small pea sized gyno. So i figured I would join this site and try to get some guidance. Just need some help. Ive seen some good feed back so far so i will follow and see what happens. I feel something is off i feel groggy/foggy and have no energy which has never happened before.

Make no mistake about quest cookies
Compare the weight of serving to chips ahoy soft batch, you'll see less sugar and less fat in the chips ahoy. Only thing different is protein.
So, dunk chips ahoy in milk mixed with a little bit of when powder and you have a quest cookie macro profile.
What you think there's magic chef somewhere making deliciously sweet healthy cookies? Lol

All you have to do is re arrange your calories from 3meals + snacks into 5-8 meals. Swap out the 7 or 8 poor choices like I mentioned and your diet goes from 1/10 to 8.5/10.
After diet is fixed run the diet for 8-16 weeks so you're body can adjust and you can ensure you aren't intolerant to any food types. No sense in eating a food if your body doesn't agree with it. For example I use to have a lot of dairy (greek yogurt, whey protein, etc) - always got bloated and gassy. Cut it out and problem gone.
h
Once that's completed you are ready to cycle. If you have not bought the gear yet it will be easier to manage two compounds that are the same estern and not worry about 2 pinning schedules.
