Hi guys. I’m looking to gain a smaller amount of lean quality mass from this cycle. What do you think? I’d like to end up gaining 5-10lbs of muscle and lose 1-2% body fat by the time it’s all said and done. If I ended up at 190lbs (up from 180lbs) and dropped some body fat after cutting a bit I’d be happy.

I’m 39 yo, 6’, 180lb, body fat not sure but my avatar pic is me as of 2 weeks ago. I have a nutritionist at my disposal so I’ll be talking with her as to changes to my diet macros etc. I workout 5 times a week, usually 20-30 mins of cardio to warmup then 25-30 mins of HIT. I’ve done one previous cycle about 5 years ago. It was test e at 500mgs/week for 10 or 12 weeks I can’t remember. I gained 25lbs or so but I went from nice and cut to looking big and soft. Felt big and bulky and didn’t like it one bit. Me and the wife definitely prefer the lean, vascular look. Anyway, those ar my goals and here is my proposed cycle. Any advice would be appreciated. Weeks 1-12: Equipoise 600mgs/week
Weeks 1-12: Test e 500mgs/week
Weeks 1-4, 9-12: Anavar 60mgs/day
Weeks 1-14: Armidex .5/day
Weeks 2-14: HCG 1000ius/week
Weeks 15-20: Tamox 40/day then 20/day
Weeks 15-20: Clomid 50/day then 25/day


The PCT is run at double dose for the first week then the regular dose for the remaining 5 weeks. The HCG dose is 1000ius/week until the last 2 weeks where it’s upped to 3000ius/week. The Equipoise, test e and hcg doses are split up twice a week.
