use the search feature "long v short esters," or "testosterone esters," something like that. It's better if you have that info yourself rather than another's word for it. Besides, I don't quite understand, "pre-training purposes," nor the "rapid increase."

It sounds like.you are trying to decide if you should run test suspension or test base? If so, the answer is neither. The short half life will give tremendous hormonal variations (testosterone and estrogen). Non estered compounds release very rapidly.
You need your base to be a long ester testosterone, preferably cypionate or enanthate .

As far as your original question, testosterone suspension is test base that is suspended. You may also run into TNE( test no ester) which is test base in solution with solvents and a carrier oil.
