I started at 147 with 12" arms so I've come a long way. As far as my training it's been pretty sparatic the last month with work but I usually like to follow a push, pull, upper, lower routine. My plans were to either cut a bit or just maintain for summer. Any advice for a bulking cycle?

Look good man.
Have some size. For summer its really up to you. You can cut using PSMF which is extreme but works.Especially at your leaness,you'll cut up fairly quick.
Whats your volume/frequency/intensity o your workouts look like?

But what about the volume and intensity? There have been studies where light weight gained just as much muscles.
But really it's getting the body to adapt to something new.
As far as the training, I would up the frequency .For example Biceps 2-3 times a week.Same with chest ,legs etc. But keep the volume the same.
Not much volume is needed really.Just enough.
And stick with compounds.
I am assuming you do a lot of iso exercises considering you dedicate a day to just hams and glutes?

I'm on trt blasted once @500mgs/WK.

Do another blast and add an oral. The rest is up to you. Increase cals to bulk, decrease cals to harden up. Personally, i think everyones first few cycles should be all about adding mass and maintaining a calorie surplus. Cant go wrong with test and dbol

I tried some dbol in my first blast after about a week I stopped because it made me super tired.

Thats stinks. Dbol makes me feel awesome. I guess you could try and experiement with something else. Maybe tbol? Tbol doesnt aromatize which is a plus
