Hey everyone! Just wanted to put this out there. If u have a chance check out the ASK THE DOC videos on YouTube ! It’s under the jay cutler tv channel. Dr Rand is an hrt doc and answers several questions regarding hrt and different compounds. Really good info coming from a real doc !

It actually started at muscle insider- then jay said he thought it was good info so took those videos and put some on his channel. If you sewrch ask the doc muscle insider you will find more videos. Interesting to watch

Absolutely... muscle insider was the first to post videos with dr. Rand. There is plenty of old videos that are helpful as well. Just a great source of questions and answers by the doc !

Absolutely. Not many people, let alone doctors, will go out and gibe advice openly or discuss the subject at all.

I guess i also fall into the libertarian grouping. I know alot of guys here wont give advice to people whos diet isnt just right or have too much bf. But im of the opinion, of you dont want to give advice then thats understandable, but people have a right to put whatever they want into their bodies. They are here asking advice so they can do it safer, more effectively, and hopefully with some knowledge, but they are not here asking for permission.
