Best time to get blood work?
I usually try for Early morning on an off day but can't fit it in my schedule this week. Is there any difference if I get it pre or post workout (deadlifts tomorrow) and how much will eating effect my values?

What blood work is being tested? Training will affect some tests as will eating.

a little blood draw isn't going to effect your workout one bit. heck I've bled more in the middle of a workout then what your going to be giving for a basic blood test

I prefer before upcoming pin
So if you inject every 3 or 4 days than the day before or a few hours before get the blood work done

Dont schedule biceps. If the nurse is young and blond, she migth penetrade to deep or miss the rigth spot, and it will not be good. Due to her young age, she is nervous and maybe she just want it to be over with as quick as possible. Its all about experience u know. U migth not enjoy it. And pain will be for hours.
Then u go to the gym, but you re too fucked up to give it a good squize.
Dont let her white teeth smile and her firm and tiny breasts fool you brother.
It happened to me.

I gave blood last week and they used a freaking hose not a needle - I’m kidding, but it was a really thick needle. The lady was in her 50s and she still poked my vein too hard and kept having to readjust it cause the blood wasn’t coming out right. My arm is still a little bruised and I had to wear long sleeved shirts for a few days after. I wouldn’t train at all after giving blood - but after just getting blood work just don’t do arms. But honestly missing one workout means nothing.
As for when to get bloodwork, I would go early because you have to fast for 12 hours before. So 8-9 am is ideal. And on the day of your injection, before injecting obviously.
