Pct after 12 week cycle sus 250

Hi I’m in my 10th week of my first 500mg of test only cycle I wanted to confirm that I use my hcg now for 4 weeks at 2 x 500 iu then wait one week and then start nov and clomid ?? Some research says sus 250 you should wait 3 weeks to do pct after using sus 250 then that would mean start it week 11 anty help would be much appreciated

You should have started hCG much earlier. It should be run throughout the cycle.
Yes I think you should wait more than 1 week to start PCT.
Sustanon has a decanoate ester in it. It is a very long ester and you should wait about 18-21 days before starting your PCT.

If I do hcg in week 11 then for 4 weeks then start clomid nolvadex that would put me 3 weeks post last pin
