Mid cycle bloods interpretation help needed

    Hi all

I'm into week 8 of my second cycle and have just got my mid-cycle blood results back.

At the time of bloods being taken I was at the beginning of week 8. The cycle is:
    - 500mg Test E/week
    - 600mg Mast E/week
    - 50mg Anavar /day (I started the Anavar at week 7 so at the time of bloods being taken I had been taking it for 1 full week)

Results from the test are below. Outliers are in RED and where I have comparable results from my first cycle I have put them to the side in BLUE for reference:
    Male hormone panel
    Testosterone - 64 (8.3-29) 109.5
    Free Testosterone - 2,347.2 (255-725) >2000

    Triglycerides - 0.6 (0.5-1.7) 0.7
    Non HDL cholesterol - 2 (<4) 2.7

    Kidney function
    Sodium - 139 (135-145)
    Potassium - 4.1 (3.6-5.4)
    Urea - 9.4 (2.5-7.5) 10.8
    Creatinine - 80 (60-110)
    eGFR - 90 (>60)

    Inflammation
    Creatine kinase - 481 (<294) 1449
    C-Reactive Protein - 6.6 (<6)

    Liver function
    Bilirubin - 5 (<20)
    ALP - 48 (35-110)
    AST - 32 (<35) 50
    ALT - 28 (<40) 37
    GGT - 14 (<40)
    Albumin - 42 (38-50)

    Blood glucose
    Fasting glucose - 4.7 (3.4-5.4) 4.8

    Adrenal function
    Cortisol - 410 (120-620)
    DHEA-S - 2.6 (3-10)

    Full blood count

    Eosinophils - 0.2 (<0.7)
    Monocytes - 0.6 (0.2-1.0)
    Lymphocytes - 1.3 (1.0-4.0)
    Neutrophils - 2.4 (2.0-7.5)
    RDW - 12.6 (10-17)

So the question I had is what sort if impact does Mast and Anavar have on Testosterone levels in a blood test? During my first cycle I was on just Test E 500mg/week and in those mid cycle bloods I recorded a Test reading of 109.5, this result shows Test at 64. I'm unsure of the Free Test levels as the lab I used in my first cycle just recorded >2000 and this time around it is 2,347.2 but I don't know how far above 2000 I was in the first cycle.

I had some queries about the legitimacy of some of the gear I bought for this cycle as it was from a new lab and was an absolute bargain price. It looks like it does contain Testosterone but maybe it is under dosed? Unless Mast and Anavar somehow make Test levels show up lower on a blood test I wouldn't think I should record a much lower result on the same mg of Test per week. If someone could enlighten me on their thoughts that would be great as I don't have a great understanding of the impacts that other steroids other than Testosterone have on blood tests.

Also, if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions based on the bloods then feel free to chime in. I'm still awaiting the Oestradiol results as it had to be sent to a separate lab, all the other results came back same day which was amazing. Thanks in advance for anyone's help

Mast and Anavar have no impact on total test levels.
Bloods good, but drink more water. (Kidneys). A gallion a day.

So I’m regards to having a much lower Test level this time around on the same amount of Test E then could the assumption be made that the Test I am using is under dosed?

    yes.

you probably should be around 3.5 times the top of the range like you were the first time but instead you are only a bit more than two times.

Looks pretty good. Agree that you’re a little dry. Urine should be very pale yellow when hydrated well, but hard to do if you’re working out like a beast and using any caffeine, etc, but would increase water/liquids a bit.

HDL also low so would hit cardio/niacin (niacinamide, if you’re okay to take it) post cycle to drive HDL back up into low risk range. Liver looks good. Pretty good overall I’d say.
