    Diet question while on cycle....

I just started a new 12-16 week cycle consisting 300 mg of Test E, 100 mg Tren E eod and 250 mg of Deca weekly and need some diet help. According to my calculations to maintain my current weight I need to eat 3080 calories per day. Would it be possible to loose body fat and still gain muscle if I dropped to 2000-2500 calories a day? Sorry, if this is a dumb question...........

First off, no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help each other.

You can lose fat at maintenance (3080 cals), you don't need to go into a deficit to lose fat. I would eat at a slight surplus, not a deficit. You can eat more than maintenance and lose fat, you just have to split your macros properly and adjust your training.

You may want to consider seeking more help with specifics of diet in the diet section.

when you did your maintenance calorie calculations, did you account for the androgenic load of the gear your running ? especially things like tren will change your TDEE by up to like 500cals a day. so if you needed 3000 cals to maintain while natty, the androgens your running may bump this up to 3500 cals now. (also why Tren is such a great cutting/recomp drug .. you don't even have to change your diet and you'll magically be in a calorie deficit cause of the Tren).

anyhow. think about that. and if your maintenance is really like 3500 cals now with the androgens , then dropping down to 2000 cals a day is going to be pretty severe.
if your wanting to recomp (ie , bulld muscle and lose fat at the same time). then your going to be better off cycling your diet with high day and low days but not going in a deficit any more then 500 cals on a low day.
this is best accomplished with carb cycling
