Question Proper Use of Winstrol/ Cycle Advice Please!

Hello! I have a bit of a lengthy inquiry so please bear with me.

I have a friend who is finishing his first cycle of test (12 week @ 300mg/wk Sust) and has responded well to the cycle, with decent gains in strength, endurance & muscle tone with no adverse effects. He is 5'10 155lbs.

However he still has a layer stubborn body fat especially on his abdomen, despite eating clean and working hard in the gym/track every morning, and is looking to expedite his goals of "lean strength & cardio" (he has about 7 months left to reach his goals, one of which is to be able to run a mile & a half in 7 minutes, if that gives you an idea of his goals here).

I told him he should just run test, but he is pushing to use a cutter of some sort. I don't know enough about cutters, being that I generally have stuck to test & deca myself.
The first one that comes to my mind is Winstrol , but I know Clen is another popular one to help cut.

So now that you know the situation, my questions are these:
First, would Winstrol or Clen be better, or a combination of both?
Secondly, on a stack of 300mg Sust/wk, what would be a recommended dosage/cycle duration?
Third, what would PCT for Winstrol/Clen look like? I'm familiar with anastrozole and clomid.
Fourth, how long (roughly) would these take to clear his system so that he would avoid detection if tested?
Finally, he has no joint problems or pain, but I did warn him that Winstrol is known to dry out joints with possibility of damage, so he asked if he could cycle deca afterwards to help with that if necessary.. I told him he should not stack if this is his first time using a new anabolic, but I would ask about using it afterwards. Thoughts on that?

I greatly appreciate any advice or pointers that anyone can take the time to provide!!

First, would Winstrol or Clen be better, or a combination of both? If body fat is low, very low, like 11 or less, Winstrol will do well.

Secondly, on a stack of 300mg Sust/wk, what would be a recommended dosage/cycle duration? First timer, probably 40-50mg.

Third, what would PCT for Winstrol/Clen look like? I'm familiar with anastrozole and clomid. Nolva and clomid, like any cycle. Clen is not a steroid and would not be a consideration for PCT. The other drugs would.

Fourth, how long (roughly) would these take to clear his system so that he would avoid detection if tested? 8 to 10 weeks.

Finally, he has no joint problems or pain, but I did warn him that Winstrol is known to dry out joints with possibility of damage, so he asked if he could cycle deca afterwards to help with that if necessary.. I told him he should not stack if this is his first time using a new anabolic , but I would ask about using it afterwards. Thoughts on that? Suggested dose won't impact joints. And if you were to have issues, you would low dose deca on cycle, not after cycle.

300 mg pw is too low of a dose. If he shuts himself down, he might as well use 500mg. He's pretty light at 5'10 155lbs. This all tells me that his knowledge is seriously lacking in diet/training/gear.
Is he gonna do PCT or does he want to jump in another cycle after just finishing the first?
Regarding deca , in my personal opinion no one should use deca who's not okay with ending up on TRT. It's hard to recover from, and while you're recovering (and your T level is still low) you lose more gainz than you otherwise would with other AAS, so it doesn't make much sense to me. Obviously some people do great with it, some people also win the lottery. Plus it can be detectable for a long time (I think up to a year or even longer).

How can he be 155lbs and fat on cycle? Diet is the answer. His/yours sucks.

I am not pro but 5 10 and 155 lbs is nothing to be proud of . He needs to learn more about nutrition and add some good muscle ....... Damn why would he even bother cutting at 155 lbs and really why bother with AAS . Proper nutrition is what he needs ! He can't have much size ?

How old is your friend and how long has he been lifting seriously ....... When was his last blood work ?

Simple answer to what should his next cycle be TESTOSTERONE and a good nutrition program .

so to clarify . your friend just finished a cycle that he "responded well" to.. and even after responding well to AAS and training and eating well he still ended up being "fat" yet only weighing 155 pounds at 5'10" tall.. so he must be 'skinny fat' and not have much muscle on him at all (and so I'm questioning if he really did respond well to the AAS).

and on top of this he wants to be able to run something like a 4 minute mile . he should probably stay as skinny and light as possible then if thats a real goal.
I mean once you get the fat off of this guy, what is he going to be like 135 pounds or something ?

we all have self body image issues. heck at 5'9" tall and 211 pounds and lean , I consider myself way too skinny. so I can't imagine being as light as your friend and still thinking I need to cut and lose weight

If he has stopped sust and he wants to bridge till pct with Winstrol , keep in mind that test levels gonna start to fall and his HPTA will still be shutdown resulting in a very low test until he hits pct .
During the bridging it would be smart to run Proviron /Masteron , an hcg along with winstrol and after 16 days of stopping sust to go PCT .
If after the sust cycle wants to do another Winstrol only 8 week cycle I can’t imagine how his system
Will look like after he finishes .
Also if the target is to run miles then from what I see , all the long distance runners are skinny af , maybe he must stay skinny .

The goals put forth by OP being 7 minute 1.5 mile run and lean strength imo do not align with running aas. People running that distance at that speed need to train and eat properly. Take the running goal and set it aside now you just want lean strength, given the profile of subject I still say they have no business near aas, they still have a lot of training and eating habits to nail down first. Sorry I really don’t like to be that guy but given what has been described aas are least of concerns.
