Tren with below 1000/cals a day?
Hi everyone this is something that i have always wondered and have no plan on doing this i have finished cutting this summer but. if someone was to be on lets say 300mg tren 200mg test and trained a few times a week with just eating protein till they reach there 1g to 1lb bodyweight. so for me im 185 so if i was to take in 900cals witch would be around 180g of protien would there be any muscle loss being that i have heard people say its near enough impossible to loose muscle when on tren

its an urban internet forum myth that you can't lose muscle on Tren .. heck just the opposite. there are guys that try to bulk with tren and they end up losing weight. Tren is a super strong androgen , and androgens don't build muscle or persevere muscle very well at all without calories.
the only caveat to this is "tren + estrogen", high androgen with high estrogen is very anabolic .
but if your looking for a good all around compound thats entire design and purpose is to preserve muscle in a calorie deficit, then look at Primo

Regarding calories
I have never seen a nutritional label add up correct.
With fats at 9-10 Cal's per gram and carbs and protein at 4-5 Cal's per gram, they always always under state the calories, some by only a few but most products by a big F'n margin

Don't trust too much about thinking anabolics preserve muscles ignoring the amount of caloric deficit. It's harder to preserve muscle even on anabolics than building it with them. Further, as GearHeaded told, you have more chances to preserve muscles in caloric deficit with an high androgens/estrogens 1:1 ratio, than just an high amount of androgens.

They do that because they know less calories sells more
I was looking at a pack of provolone cheese yesterday. It said 40 calories for one slice, 110 for 3 slices. How TF does that work?
To my knowledge, there is some caveat to the rules on nutritional labels, where they can round down on certain things, companies use this to their advantage so it adds up to be less calories than the actual total.

Why were you even wondering about this OP? What purpose would it serve?

Never play with your basal metabolic rate (by eating calories too low). You'll end up with a slower metabolism which in return make it harder for you to lose weight in the future.
