    Prop with calisthenics training?

Is it possible to use testosterone propionate and train everyday with calisthenics ie Burpees pressups pull-ups and running? What I'm trying to ask is what kind of dosage is where the causing of shortness of breath is likely to happen?
I'm starting this training tomorrow to compensate my MMA training/sparring.

Those are not the exercises I think of when I hear calisthenics....
MMA fighters usually have different training don't they? What's your train of thought here?
And don't use gear to improve your burpees, I WILL throw a shoe at you

You'd have to be doing hours and hours of boot camp to have to be concerned about recovery.

Test is not going to cause shortness of breath

    Prop with calisthenics training?

Ok so this is the second person recently that has mentioned test P and inhibited cardio performance? How is test P any different from any other form of test with regards to cardio performance, furthermore if there were a difference I would think the propionate ester would have a better profile vs cypionate or other longer esters as there are some people reporting that the shorter esters tend to be a little less water retentive.

    Balance.

My main reason for swapping from cypionate to proprionate was my supplier ran short but I also looked into it and alot of people report what you said in terms of lower water weight. This will be great for my sport.

Propionate doesn't cause less water retention. It actually contains more testosterone per mg because of the short ester. Why don't you use 50 mg of test prop eod and a little bit of tbol?

McGregor my only concern with that is that from what I've read tbol makes alot of people tired and lethargic because of lowering the thyroid. My levels of TSH came back at 18.2 and my Dr said if it hits 21-22 it'll switch over to hyperthyroidism causing me big problems. Instead I may ramp my prop upto 50mg EOD as you suggested. My muscular endurance has definitely gone up since starting the cyp around 18 weeks ago. Recovery is better too only on 120mg week.

I experienced less cardio capacity on my test cycle but I believe that was due to packing on so much weight so quickly

Water retention is related to SHBG levels more than ester, I believe. Low SHBG means you are going to convert test to estradiol faster. Your body produces SHBG to slow down the elimination of test from bloodstream.
