    Antihistamines with Tren

Is there any major side effects of taking antihistamines (cyproheptadine) with Tren ?

not that I'm aware of .. I'll often times take Benadryl when running Tren in an attempt to help me sleep . I've heard some guys say that it also helps with Tren induced heartburn

It can cause longterm issues. Benadryl is a Class 1 antihistamine.

If you can't sleep then use some combination of Sleepy tea, Melatonin, CBD/THC Oil, etc.

    Or look at alternative compounds.

What kind of long-term issues? Appetite loss is the major reason why I am considering for antihistamines on cycle, other reasons insomnia, anxiety. Some says Tren is appetite killer. Will I face hypertension if include antihistamines during cycle? I don't want it for long term/regularly, only if required.

There are two classes of antihistamines: H1 antagonists and H2 antagonists, both block the histemic response in the areas they target. H1 treats mild allergic problems, H2 treats the GI.
    -
Most H1s have significant anticholinergic actions (they dry you up-can't see, pee, spit or shit). Benedryl (diphenhydramine), 1st gen type 1 antihistamine is one of these. Use of these is associated with acute toxicity, particularly when used long term. They are often used for inslomnia, sedation, anti-anxiety and motion sickness. They more easily cross the blood brain barrier.
    -
2nd gen H1s, Cetizine, Loratadine, Fexofenadine and others are less sedative, less anticholinergic and less toxic. They do not cross the blood brain as easily.

Don't have the studies in front of me but shows continuous use can lead to cognitive problems (drug induced insomnia, memory loss, increase risk of dementia, etc).

As far as I understand, drugs like Claritin, Aerius, etc came to market because of the long term problems of Benadryl.
