Dianabol
Many recommend dividing the daily dose into 2-3 small doses per day in an effort to maintain maximum blood levels. How do you use this compound? What do you think of a single dose of Dianabol at the window before training? I heard it's more effective at maintaining higher blood levels, right?

You want to maintain levels 24/7 for growth, but with orals that's a crap shoot.
I just take it an hour preworkout to get a better one. That's the benefit you get from orals imo, not the growth

Started taking dBol for the first time in my life last week and so far running it like this: 10mg morning as soon as i wake up plus 40mg pre workout (my dBol pills are 10mg).
All i can say is im loving it

Dianabol in the morning provides more energy to start the day, while pre-training would be effective for the explosion in training, increasing strength and endurance ???

I have been taking it about an hour before workout, I started 20mg for a week (just my thing) now on 50mg pre workout
You gonna love it, Dbol is insane..... One of the dream drug for me, pumps are insane ......
The only thing I hate right now are my workout elections, very uncomfortable. Continuous erect penis like I had a Viagra (surely it's not Dbol because I never heard of such an experience from anyone) but I am gonna blame dbol for now as thats the only new compound I am using at the moment other then just regular Test.

If the goal is primary anabolism (e.g. bodybuilder) then divide the dose over several meals during the day. If the goal is primarily strength and aggression for training taking a couple hours before workout is likely the better solution. Note that the latter could increase acne.
