Has anyone experienced a sweet sweat smell on Test C only?

Also, is it common to have a lump the day after the injection on the glute? I had broken out in a small rash when I switched to 23g and it had never happened before with the 25g, but even with the 23 on the opposite side nothing happened?

Test Cyp should not give you 'sweet' sweat and Test Cyp shouldn't give you a lump.

I’ve had a “lump” post injection. More akin to a small bruise or “knot” in the muscle. Works itself out in a few days. Only happens in my glute on the rarity that it does

Sometimes Tren makes my sweat smell like fremeldehyde. So I suppose it’s possible.

its more then likely diet related and not testosterone related . are you cutting/dieting ?

I haven't started cutting yet since I have 4.5 months till my competition, but my diet is fairly basic and clean since I can't eat a lot of foods because of medical issues.

Big difference between a “knot” and an “abscess”. Be mindful of any fluid accumulation, that’s a different ball game and will require systemic attention, usually in the form of antibiotics.
