Use Case for Deca?
Hey everyone,
I've been researching deca for it's therapeutic / joint / pain relief effects, but I haven't come across many before and after updates. For instance, someone that could not do stairs, but did deca and then was able to without pain. I know there are many variables, but I'm just tossing that out there.
I have osteoarthritis in the knees along with a patella tracking problem. I'm taking the necessary steps to correct the patella tracking, but I'm also wondering if adding deca (200/250/300 mg weekly) to my trt (175 cyp weekly) would noticeably improve pain / inflammation?
By noticeably improve, I mean that I'll be able to squat down with less/no pain to pick something up off the ground instead of bending so much at the lower back which is starting to get irritated.
I'm aware of each individual responding differently, but my trt is dialed in very nicely at the moment and I'd like to make sure I'm making the correct decision in adjusting it.
Thank you!

Deca will relieve the pain but it will not fix the root cause of the problem. That's where the physio, rehab, and additional treatment come into play. I was borderline osteoporosis. Here is what I would do:
- Drop Test to 100mg/week
- Add 100mg Deca to HRT, with a frontload of NPP to have it kick in sooner, Say 25mg NPP/day for first 10-15 days
- Add 100-150mg Primobolan indefinitely (this helped me more than Deca). Primo use to be given to women with Osteoporosis once upon a time.
Add the following supplements ; these are just as important as the gear for your situation:
- Glucosamine Chondroitin + Glucosamine Sulfate + MSM (Costco sells Kirkland brand which is fine)
- Calcium WITH Vitamin K2 (100mcg) and Magnesium
- Vitamin D3 (start with 5000IU)
Notes:
- Adding Deca will artificially inflate testosterone results on bloodwork. There is only one version of the testosterone bloodwork where this not the case. Keep this in mind or you will give your doctor a heart attack when they see 15,000NG Test levels.
- If you cant get the right test version bloodwork and require bloodwork from your doctor you need to pull Deca out 6 weeks prior.
- BPC157+TB500 may benefit you @ 6-8 WeeksI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Windex is referring to using the LC/MS-MS testosterone test, not the default ECLIA version that most labs use. For labs to use the alternate version it needs to be written on the actual blood work script. Verbal requests won't work.
Here's an interesting read for you:

As far as before and after reports I agree they can be hard to find and many people report different things.
I myself tried a cycle with NPP (basically short ester deca ). I had elbow issues (golfers elbow) for about a full year prior to to using NPP. I began the cycle running 350mg NPP weekly and noticed amazing improvement in elbow pain by day 4. I continued running low dose NPP (200mg weekly) after the cycle for about 2 more months as I was nervous to completely come off and have the elbow issue return. Much to my great surprise after ceasing the NPP my elbows have been good for several months now. This stuff definitely appears to help with chronic inflammation for me.
