Tony Huge promoting the benefits of Estrogen for muscle and mass gains

most of you guys know I've been an advocate for high estrogen levels for bulking cycles for years . AND I've been against AI usage in most cycles as well.

heres the latest video from Tony Huge, with Enhanced Athlete, promoting a lot of the benefits of Estrogen that I've been promoting for years as well .

finally, times are changing and these concepts are catching on and going more mainstream

Interestingly, this kind of content is actually behind the 8-ball a bit. A lot of HRT specialists have been railing against AI use for some time. One in particular (the name escapes me) has actually dialed in his personal protocol for years to keep his E2 around 75-80, and has seen fantastic bloodwork and training improvement as a result.

agree . there are even books out there now being published on Optmized Testosterone replacement therapy, that talk about the dangers and mis use of AI's . so the info is getting out there for sure.

BUT , TRT and AAS use for bodybuilding are two very different topics . I think in bodybuilding and in blasting cycles, AI's are overly abused and mis used, and the bro myth that Estrogen is a bad "female hormone" is still pretty prevalent.

of course, this is mainly on the 'online and forums' bodybuilding community . in more high level and 'under ground' bodybuilding circles, Estrogen is seen much differently and AI's are generally only used in contest prep (where as these 150 pound nobody's on the forums for years are preaching AI use for every cycle.. its no wonder they are still only 150 pounds after 15 test only cycles using AI's).

I think that drug resellers, making their highest profit margins on AI's , have been partially responsible for making their use so poplar over the last 12 years or so. they promote using AI's on every cycle you purchase because they make way more money selling you junk AI's when they are rarely ever needed (some TRT clinics fell into this as well, as they were re selling AI's to patients for a high $ mark up)

over the years , many of the guys I've worked with I had dump their AI's in the garbage and no longer use them.. they saved a ton of $ and got far better gains once doing that. not to mention better lipids and blood work

He had me until he started talking about breastfeeding his kids...

Aside from that, really fascinating stuff. I’m one as well that has never needed an AI, and this reinforces why I probably never will

yeah... kinda had to stop watching....

i can agree that some extra estrogen might be beneficial but it is hard for me to take advice about hormones from someone who is constantly lactating.

i fall into the less is more group myself.
    To each their own.

It can be hard for a lot of people to separate the messenger from the message. So hopefully those who dislike his personal views won’t be dissuaded from listening to the solid advice. I don’t have this problem, but most seem to.
