Need help with EQUIPOISE

Before I ask you guys, I'm just going to let you know I did search (both for "EQ" and "EQUIPOISE ")

I've come to a final decision that my next cycle will be EQ, Test Prop, and Winny. (someone finally talked me into using test, and I picked Prop due to less bloating)

Now this website had a cycle for EQ/Winny
EQ @ 300mg for 8 Weeks
and Winny for 8 weeks EOD.

but I've read someone else's cycle starting winny at week 5 for 6 weeks. I think I'd rather do that.

My questions are

1) How often do I have to inject EQ and Test prop? (my first experience with both)

2)What dosage should I be taking of test prop? Can someone suggest a moderate dosage for test because I dont want to gain over 20 pounds.

3)is a anti-estrogen necessary for EQ? I've only taken proviron previously, would that be legit with EQ as well?

First off, is this your first cycle? What are your stats?

1. Prop should be injected ED! 75mg. So if you don't like the needles, You aren't gonig to have fun with prop.

2. EQ can be injected once a week, but since it takes a few weeks to kick in, I'd run it 10-12 weeks. 8 weeks isn't enough. If this is your first time with it, I'd run 300-400mg of EQ.

3. Winny should be run 50mg ED, though some guys run it EOD. Most guys will tell you do NOT run Winny for more than 6 weeks. Again, If you can't handle shots ED, you can drink the Winny! yes, you can drink the winny!!!!

remember your post cycle thearpy!!!

4. You should start your clomd therapy 3 days after your last test prop injection.
run it:
day 1 - 300mg, 10 days @ 100mg, and 10 days @ 50mg.

buylongterm - thanks for the solid advice so far. This is my second cycle (first being Deca /proviron /clomid)

My stats are about 180 lbs, 6 foot and around 11% body fat.

Also
-If I go 10-12 weeks with EQ, will I need to buy another bottle of it?
-when I start winny, I'm gonna have to do frequent injections of winny and test prop.. can I mix the two into one shot?

-Also 75 of test prop ED is 525 a week, isn't that really high for someone my size?

Wks 1-13 150mg Prop EOD
Wks 1-10 400mg EQ
wks 8-13 50mg Winny ED

ID ditch the prop and use enanthate 500mg/wk.

no i would go twice a week (ie monday and thursday)

you also can mix the Eq with the Test in the syringe and go every Mon Thurs this will also keep a constant level for ya.

I would go: Mon-1ml of Eq (200mg) 1ml of Enan (250mg)
Thurs-1ml of Eq (200mg) 1ml of Enan (250mg)

Stick with these doses 400 Eq/500 Enan. I'm running the same now.

Shoot both EQ and test every 5 days and alternate sides in which you shoot. With the test, since you don't wanna gain over 20lbs, just shoot one mL everytime you shoot. I doubt you will gain over 20lbs because EQ is a great cutter...I took it with Deca and didnt gain much weight because it balanced out with the Deca, but I did gain a lot of strength and it brought out the veins in my neck and shoulders, not to mention the ones in my triceps.... As far as the anti-estrogens, I dunno i never took them...but its better to be safe then sorry brother
